When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), event type, event date, and any additional information you provide in the message field. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your booking.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and manage your booking. We do not send marketing emails or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and, where a contract is formed, the performance of that contract.
Third parties
Enquiry submissions are handled via Web3Forms. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
