Company
Tweak Films is a trading name of Mad Manners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern all bookings made through tweakfilms.co.uk or directly via email.
Bookings & deposits
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 30 days of the event date will be charged at 50% of the total package price. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged at 100%.
Delivery
Edited films are delivered digitally within the timeframe specified in your package. Turnaround times begin from the date of the event. Rush delivery is available on request and subject to an additional fee.
Copyright
Mad Manners Ltd retains copyright of all footage and edited films. The client is granted a perpetual personal licence to use the delivered footage for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires written agreement. We reserve the right to use footage for our own promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
Mad Manners Ltd carries full public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of technical failure or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
